How do we work together?

We offer self-guided programs via access to the Mind Athlete Training App, customized training plans and individualized performance coaching.

We recommend starting off with individualized coaching, so we can work together to fine-tune your training program.

Training for climbing requires consistency. At Mind Athlete, we recommend all athletes commit to a minimum of three months of integrated mental and physical training. See options below.

MIND ATHLETE TRAINING APP

Includes access to:

  • Mental training exercises & education.

  • 12-week Mind Athlete Training program, a unique, integrated physical and mental training program for route (sport or trad) climbers.

  • Monthly 1-hour group coaching sessions.

INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING

$165/Month

Includes:

  • Weekly coaching check-ins via text/email.

  • Weekly climbing video review.

  • Monthly individual coaching sessions with Josie via zoom or in-person (in Lander, WY).

Full Day: $525

3 Hours: $275

  • Projecting and/or onsight strategy

Mental training saved my relationship with climbing.

Hi, I'm Josie and I'll also be your coach as you train to improve performance and enjoyment in your climbing.

From 2015 to 2017, the combination of search and rescue work, constant pressure to perform in my personal climbing and being involved in a terrible incident, all but destroyed my relationship to climbing. I was constantly stressed and dreaded going climbing. (Find out more about my story here.)
